Shipping
We offer both fresh fish (in season) and professionally frozen fillets. Frozen Fillets, pin bones removed, are packaged in 8 oz portions, but can be cut differently upon request.

Shipping is done with Alaska Airlines to hub cities, then if needed we will work hard to help find secondary shippers. Use of a secondary shipper may come at an additional charge.

All orders are shipped in proper fish boxes, with every effort taken to ensure your product reaches you in perfect shape.

How Pre-Orders Work
Contact us through our website or on Facebook with a message stating how much and which type (frozen or headed and gutted) of fish you would like.
We will reply and provide a quote for total cost. If it looks good, and once all your questions have been answered, we will send you an electronic invoice. You have the option to pay the whole cost up front or pay half to secure your fish and pay the second half prior to shipping.
Fresh, headed and gutted fish will be delivered to an Alaska Airlines Cargo Hub on a weekly basis.
Frozen product will be shipped in August, after the fishing season. Each box will be hand packed and shipped to its final destination.
